  • How long is the program and what is the time commitment?

Compass runs from March through December. Scholars participate in 1–2 sessions per month , with the primary meeting scheduled on the 4th Saturday of each month (except November and December). Some months may include an additional experience such as a college tour, career exposure, or service project. The program does not exceed two commitments per month.

  • Is attendance required?

  • What happens if my child misses a session?

  • What if my child has other commitments (sports, church, school activities)?
