Programs That Support College, Career & Life Readiness
The Gaddis Foundation offers a range of programs that equip high school students with the skills, exposure, and support needed to succeed. Each initiative is designed to provide access, guidance, and real-world experiences that help scholars make informed decisions about their future.
Our programs are designed to meet scholars at different points in their journey while keeping a shared focus on readiness, access, and growth. Whether through structured cohorts, open community sessions, experiential learning, financial support, or mentorship, each offering plays a role in helping students build confidence, explore opportunities, and prepare for what comes next.
Jump Start Compass
A 10-month, cohort-based leadership and readiness program for high school scholars in grades 9–11. Compass supports students through monthly sessions, mentorship, experiential learning, and college exposure that build leadership, decision-making skills, and long-term readiness.
Open Access Scholars
Open Access Scholars are high school students who participate in select Compass monthly sessions at no cost. While not enrolled in the full Compass cohort, students are welcome to engage in designated learning experiences, discussions, and activities alongside cohort scholars.
Day Trips & Experiences
Jump Start Day trips offer scholars hands-on exposure to college campuses, careers, and cultural experiences. These opportunities allow students to explore new environments, ask questions, and gain real-world insight that informs future decisions.
Academic Scholarships
Our scholarships provide financial support to students pursuing higher education. By reducing financial barriers, we help scholars focus on their academic goals and take meaningful steps toward college and career success.
Mentors & Chaperones
Mentors and chaperones are trusted adults who support scholars throughout programming and experiences. They provide guidance, supervision, and encouragement while helping create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.
