Harassment and intimidation include abusive, foul, or threatening language or behavior. The Willie and Vivian Gaddis Foundation for Kids Inspired and Destined for Success (The Willie and Vivian Gaddis Foundation) is committed to maintaining a workplace free of harassment and will not tolerate discrimination against staff members, volunteers, or agency clients. Issues of discriminatory treatment, harassment, or intimidation on any of these bases should immediately be reported to the C.E.O., Executive Director, or immediate supervisor. If substantiated, prompt action will be taken. Effective January 1, 2023
